When customers come to 360Telecommunications they are looking for price quotes on their specific Internet, voice, conference calling, and integrated access needs.  Based on the customer feedback we have received, and our own experience in the lead platform business, we recommend including the following information in each lead response to maximize your return. 

Price Estimate: Even if your business cannot give an exact price on the requested Internet, voice, conference calling, or integrated access service, a price range or basic estimate helps the customer’s decision process along—and helps you get one step closer to that sale!

Important Dates: Often our telecommunications customers have a specific date, or range of dates, in mind for their voice, Internet, conference calling, or intergraded service start-up.  Let your potential customers know immediately if you can meet their needs.

Details about your services: If your telecommunications company has a website, make sure to include a link to it in your response along with all of your contact information and your credentials and service offerings too! 

Any other applicable fees: Let customers know if there will be any unusual fees, taxes, or costs that come along with their telecommunications services.
